Refund Policy
The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Port of Spain collects unrestricted donations on its website to support the Annual Archbishop Appeal –Renovation of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  We will endeavor to work with you to correct any such error, and if necessary, make any refund or correction that is appropriate.   If you change your mind about donating online to www.rcposappeal.org we would be happy to honor your decision as long as you request a refund (return of donation) within seven (7) calendar days from the date on which you made the contribution.

Transaction Currency

Unauthorized Card Use
Once a donation is made, the transaction is final and not subject to dispute unless unauthorized use of your payment card is proved.  If you become aware of fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules.

Limitation of Liability; Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roman Catholic Archbishop of Port of Spain disclaims liability for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential (even if Roman Catholic Archbishop of Port of Spain has been advised of the possibility of such damages) arising out of (i) your use of the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Port of Spain website of your inability to do so and (ii) your reliance on any content provided on the website.
